Very nice experience, was very good, attentive staff, modern design, beautiful room.

Could not be improved in any way.

We loved the contemporary design of the room, with all the modern amenities such as airaroma and a multifunctional big screen TV. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of everything. The staff were really good too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing really good service throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to relax and take in the fine views of the city.

For us, everything about this hotel was ideal.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the stylish and elegant interiors of the hotel. The lounge and bar area were a piece of art, and the overall look of the building and furniture was great. the location of the hotel was perfect, with it being just a short walk away from both the train station and the city's main attractions. This made it very convenient for exploring the city.

The only downside I experienced was the questionable room maintenance. On the second night, I encountered issues with the air conditioning, not cooling as expected.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center and within walking distance of Monte Napoleone. It is also close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are luxurious and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly, stylish, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Complimentary transfers to the historical centers are a great perk. the hotel offers a great location and excellent service.

The rooftop bar closed early, limiting the options for a late-night drink.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt transported to a luxurious world of exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the staff was friendly and attentive, catering to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was breathtaking, providing us with a full body massage, refreshing facial, and relaxing manicure. the head massage left us feeling like we were in paradise. the dining experience offered by this hotel was unmatched in its quality - the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying a meal under the stars.

this hardly detracted from our overall experience at the hotel.

From the strategic placement of candy jars and lemon water for convenience, to the smart technology throughout the entire hotel, every aspect is designed for a luxurious experience. The rooftop bar is magical, offering fine views, delicious food, and excellent service. The concierge and front desk staff are helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and providing insight into the city. The location is also convenient, with a nearby metro station for easy transportation.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, like the spa and wellness center, swimming pool and beauty treatments made me feel pampered and relaxed. the restaurant served delicious meals, including special diet menus, and the bar area had a great outdoor dining area. the room was comfortable and had many exclusive advantages, like in, room breakfast and a well, stocked mini bar. the location was convenient and provided easy access to a range of entertainment and leisure activities.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the packed lunches offered by the hotel. While they were a good option for an on, the, go meal, the menu was limited and lacked variety.
